Why is the game called "DIRGE of Cerberus"? A 'dirge' is a funeral hymn or a song of lamentation. Does Vincent somehow die? Or is it because Vincent is immortal and therefore killed death? Cerberus was the three-headed dog who guarded the entrance to Hades in Greek mythology for anyone who didn't know.

No, it just shields him from vision. From what I have discerned, he's actually unable to be killed, he's immortal. But that doesn't stop you from losing the game when he's K.Oed during battle :)

this song is brilliantly suited to vincent. he just is the best, Sephiroth is awesomly badass, Cloud is cool, Zack is the upbeat warrior, but Vincent just has the skill and so much style, with the cape n hair. he just beats them all

Vincent is the ultimate sharpshooter and an awesome "Chaos".

Zack is the ultimate "SOLDIER" and the ultimate overall. Zack is more than just an "upbeat warrior". He made Cloud what he was. Zack was the first to fight Sephiroth and nearly win until Cloud got a cheap shot on him and killed him. And Btw Vincent is Chaos..but Zack he isn't...but he still could kill 14997 soldiers by himself. That alone makes him the winner.
