Where do some of you fucktards come from to think it's o.k. to charge astronomical interest fees and late charges?
And for you fucktards that haven't been faced with a job loss or foreclosure after paying for many years on your property. You may face that and when you do then you remember that comment you left on youtube.
I dont own a house, but I pay may rent on time. Maybe she should have sold the house a while back and found a smaller place. 2200 would be way more than most people can afford for a martage. In 30 years it would be 792000. Im sorry, but if the protesters wanted to help rosemary maybe they could go to work to help pay her bills instead of protesting.
Did everyone miss the news about the U.S. financial collapse because of shady financial dealings by insurance companies and mortgage lenders? Rosemary had her rate raised on her so they could cover their gambling. She paid for her home three times over. Since when should a reasonable mortgage rate be 300% of the sticker price? She was foreclosed on by a bank that was bailed out. There are no bailouts for people, just for the institutions whose shady financial dealings you have no blame for?
Hmmm let's see. I haven't gotten foreclosed on - why?! Because I'm not dumb enough to borrow more than I can afford. People who are dumb enough to fall for the scams of these companies deserve what they get. Oh, and she didn't own her house - THE BANK DID!!!!
peoplearedumb100: You are dumb and your comment is rude. For you and anyone else that think your not exempt from this scenario is in for surprise. If this do not come to halt, America is doomed. which I'm convince it may be to late.
And how dare you say if we are not with you we are terrorists... the majority of hard working people would figure out a way to take care of the mortgage payments...many options. its a big house rent rooms out,get a second job ect... it make me sick to see all these people whining about there problems...we all have problems, some of us just learn how to deal with them, and if that doesnt work out,DEAL WITH THE Consequences!!!, so did all this fighting help anything. ABSOLUTLY NOT sttll got evicted
Most people lose their homes because of medical debt. A whole bunch more lose them because of the shady financial dealings such as subprime mortgages and variable interest rates, holders of the latter of which have been exploited by these shady institutions to cover their gambling debts. This is what happens in an unregulated economy. Things get wrecked. Houses are lost to families like in war. So, yes it's a form of terrorism that targets civilians, even if the statement was made ironically.
Enjoy your 15 minute of fame when thats over, maybe find a house that you can afford and if you cant move to one you ca stop refinancing for your kids college, let them pay for it themselfs, otherwise they will expect somebody to bail them out also
May the Lord bless her with a new home.

It sucks. But, life isn't fair. There's nothing you can do to change it.
