It turns out I got the best album(according to BB and my ears too) first, which is a bummer because I'm not looking forward to listening to the rest as much now!! I like the song where he mixes this song with another one where he pretends that he's being unfairly judged by the townspeople. It's like the gossips are saying that he's playing around with the deacon's wife, just because she's at his house all night and bought him a Cadillac, etc. Throughout the song, he's sniffing like he's crying -- it's all done tongue in cheek. Then he breaks into "Nobody loves me but my mother -- and she could be jivin' too." The way he does it, it's hilarious!
Jivin is not actually lying..its not the truth and it could be playing but it is not funny.....lying is strong and jivin someone being not funny..ha, ha but its not lying...
