Great video recipe. I replaced some of the cheese with spinach, used the flip ravioli method instead of the cookie cutter, and boiled for 2:00 min and finished in a sage butter sauce cooked in a skillet for 3:00 min. Very good
Some people use oil, but I and many others don't. If the pasta has room to move in the pot, and you stir it a little, it shouldn't stick. Also, one of the great things about using a rolling pin is the rougher texture that holds sauce better. You lose that if you add oil.
To cook without breaking, just be sure your ravioli are thick enough (but not too thick), that you seal them well, and that you don't over cook them.

Can you show how to cook it too so that they don't break? Do I need oil in the water?
Thanks!
