PHP Tutorial - Uploading Files to Web Server part 1

Phew, this took me a while to get through -- but I made it! I'd never coded anything in PHP before, but after a few minor typos (mine, not yours) that caused horrid problems, everything finally worked. Moving right along to the next video. :)

hmm... do you know how to do the codes of update file that you have been uploaded?? plus how to code the coding to show the page that the documents you have been uploaded in the past time??

@levelhero More than likely you do not have permissions to write to or execute, I would advise contacting your Host and asking why......

I have got to the part where you upload a file and it takes you to the page that say the file name, type, size ect although i can never get there as i am redirected back to the start page. in other words it seems to be having a problem with the if statement as its going straight on to the else part. any suggestions ? i have triple checked the coding and it matches yours ?

can you do a tutorial that i have not found on youtube or the net it would be how to grab prices from a site like half.com via isbn only,, input isbn and then get back price
