burnt on 1 side and not cooked on the other your right its a banging omelette total disaster lolllll use 4 eggs mix it up for a little while till its all mixed in then pour it into a hot frying pan but not on max power just enough so that the mixed eggs will cook then when you see it bubble shake then flip it then cook it for another min or so and done! enjoy also you can add anything you want in your omelette like cheese or bacon etc its upto you ; ))
