  • I AGREE WITH SARGEANTASSASSIN2

  • guns guns guns.....just think if this intruder could have been re habilitated he would probably be a brain surgeon now, saving childrens lives....if only this home owner had not taken the law into his own hands...when are we going to see the light and go the way of Europe. guns never solve problems. the fine trained professionals of law enforcement are here to protect us. no need for a gun.

  • It's scary that in New York I'm nervous about going to jail if i shot someone in my own house.

  • And that's how its done...

  • I live in nj and I fucking hate the gun laws here you should be able to defend your home and a get gun easier than they make it where I live

  • @Vernonu9 to be honest with you, I prefer the Uzi 9mm

  • my right ear is lonely

  • Scary

  • This needs to be the new Bud Light commercial.

  • Put the gun down? I would have replied "F*** No"

  • Justifiable homicide? More like protecting your family and home.

  • I would of had my gun ready before I called the cops, 2nd I would not have put my gun down until the police had the place secued.

  • ....I would have handled business first then called the police.

  • pro tip: don't drink.

  • "if you shot him he is not going to get up" Bullshit if they didn't get a CNS hit he can still pull a trigger if he is armed. I will put my gun down when I hear police yell at me to do so.

  • @eklypse13 Exactly. I hate listening to dispatchers trying to tell people what to do when they're not the ones in danger.

  • If you come into my home, regardless of being drunk, you will be shot. You will be shot until you no longer move. The magazine will be empty and my feet surrounded by shells. Regardless of which way you entered, you will leave my home through the front door on a stretcher, enveloped within a black bag.

  • not to sound evil but i would have done the same thing

  • he still movin well put another one in him who gives a fuck if he accidently was at wrong house sucks for him and the lesson of the day dont be alcoholic or shit like this might happen

  • If he's still moving, re-load!

  • Sounds like he was having some PTSD mixed with his drink

  • @kukri31 Doubtful. He's too young to have been in nam.

  • "I'm going to get my gun!"

Made me all teary eyed with pride.

    God Bless America!

  • "I'm going to give the phone to my wife I'm going to get my gun! "

    Words to live by!

  • my left ear enjoyed this

  • Would the homeowner get in any trouble for this?

  • @gigiflavor Nope, at least ideally. Laws state that what he did was legal, but there is no promise that something stupid wont happen, with the police or courts.

  • @gigiflavor Well... you can say that this is self defense... assuming he was a licensed gun owner and his gun was licensed as well.

  • "I'm gonna give you to my wife, I'm goin to get my gun." when he says that, i feel a sense of pride.

  • DONT stop unloadin till they stop movin bitch got wut his ass deserved!

  • wow retard dispatcher i would have hung up on her

  • The shotgun, when it comes to home defense...its second to none.

  • @Vernonu9 Yup, the best home security system there is!

  • "Put down the gun"-Fuck you bitch, people can survive gunshots and continue to attack, requiring follow up shots.

  • @larryh502 My thinking on it is because the police were on the way and she didn't want him to get shot accidentally or something.

She's still fucking dumb though, I'll agree lol.

  • The wife sounds like Ms. Crabtree, the bus driver on South Park. I can just imagine her yelling at the intruder, "Sit down and shut up! Would you like an office referral?"

  • @Liberty4Ever LOL!! That is funny!! good reference

  • when in doubt empty the magazine

  • The only time I'd put my gun down is when it goes "click"

  • @bombmaker2 don't put it down, reload it!

  • @TheRiggenbach damn right,words to live by!

  • @bombmaker2 Nope I just reload

  • What a stupid dispatcher! SHE's not worried about the intruder getting up... she's in a nice SAFE place! I'd like to see what SHE would do if an intruder entered her house. Would she put the gun down? I dont think so! stupid... STUPID advice to give a homeowner OVER THE PHONE!

  • Put the gun down?

  • Looks like a Jehova Witness!

  • you shoot him. then you call the police.

  • One less POS that our taxes won't have to pay to incarcerate.

  • fucking looks like a pedophile

  • only way he's not getting back up if thats a 3" slug to the head/heart...............

  • put the gun down/ bull shit you tell the cops get their asses their or im shootin again!

    1

  • STUPID DISPATCHER

  • "Tell you'r husband to put the gun down,if he's shot he won't get back up"isn't that what happens in the movies? Every time the bad guy gets shot just once, the good guys puts the gun down and turns their back and..........

  • One less fucktard breathing our air. Well done, good sir!

  • dead thief is a good thief.

  • Yea' right dispatcher tells them to put their gun down! if he shot he will not move haha ! Put your gun down intruder then shoots you with his.

  • i would have a tough time deciding what gun to get to shoot the intruder with

  • I have always looked at it this way no need to kill a man when you can just as easy shoot him in the legs then call the police guy lives you don't live with the guilt and make gun owners look responsible i mean in the end you could be killing someones misguided kid you never know how your going to feel after the adrenaline is gone.

  • @deej1478 The man had a 12 gauge shotgun. He most likely shot him within under 10 feet and even aiming for the leg he likely would have still killed him due to his leg being blown off and an artery severed.

  • @pyrex222 your point is valid but all i try to say is put some effort into not just wasting him most people braking in don't wont to hurt you they are just desperate. I don't know my intention if i grabbed my gun would be to get him out not kill him if possibly avoided these are my beliefs I proud of not just resorting to death as the only option

  • @deej1478 Your point is invalid, sorry. Have you ever even tried shooting a gun? You really think in a life-or-death situation you're going to tactically aim for the legs at a moving target? Everyone practices and trains to hit center mass, and that's not even a given. Protecting your family comes first.

  • @pcgamerjoe buddy your just another armchair commando your not a police man or in military if someone breaks in you let off one round there running. Problem with this is all the people like you who fantasize over the completely unlikely situation of someone breaking in let alone with you there. I have a Noveske SPR ar 15 dont even keep the ammo in the house leave it in the car if someone breaks in there getting the bat to the face no need to kill someone driven down to the level to steal

  • @deej1478 yes there is

  • Never drop your weapon until an officer on scene tells you to!!

  • trying to break in? Don't forget about getting past THE WALL OF SHOTGUN!!!

  • The one dislike comes from the guy that got shot.

  • this is why you call the police after you kill the intruder. Dont even bother with 911, it is a waste of your tax dollars, what are they gonna do? seriously ask yourself that. I cant believe the dispatcher told the woman to tell her hubby to put down the gun while the incident was not over yet. i would have just hung up on her because she obviously is missing a brain.

  • Screw yo I ain't putting my gun down till I know the fucker is dead. Once you shoot, keep on shootin till he's dead or out of sight. For all the dispatcher knew he could've hit the guy in the leg or something. He could pull a gun or something if he wasn't hit good. Even a cop should be able to figure out the good guy is the guy inside lookin out and the bad guy is the guy laying there shot up. Of course I have met some that probably couldn't......

  • Utah is a great state for home defense (where I live) or for self defense period, you only have to feel the slightest bit threatened to be justified in lethal defense.

Within 21 feet of yourself, if someone is in that bubble, and you feel threatened, you are totally justified to defend yourself with lethal force.. and Utah is a castle state.

Props to the home owner defending himself and his wife.

  • "my husband shot him but he's still moving" lol I'd shoot him again :)

  • I find it amazing that 911 dispatchers can remain so calm.

  • Cops put up yellow tape. Law Abiding Citizens put up with nothing I am not putting my weapon down in my camp. Fuck you

  • Cops put up yellow tape. Law Abiding Citizens put up with nothing

  • Badass!

  • Put the gun down? WTF?

  • no way anyone can take 00 and get up

  • @xxxpaintbal nobody said it was double ought buckshot and yes it is possible to get hit with double ought and get up i have some double for my mossberg it has 27 pellets in it say if only 3 or 4 pellets hit and your wearing thick clothing you could get up

  • Gotta love Southern Folks

  • @xzxCHIPxzx hell yea buddy if someone came in my house i take em down under the law it is legal if they in your house i have a 22 pistol im fixing to buy a 12 gauge idc who it is come in my house you down and out simple as that

  • @countryboys1992 Right? This is why we love America. Otherwise it would be Canada

  • the bleedingheart pretentiousness of that dispatcher is too much to stomach. she was more protective of the criminal than the homeowners. she has no business in a job like that.

  • yeah wow, you can put the gun down when the police get there. If anything, pump a couple more rounds into him so he doesn't sue you.

  • I don't care what the dispatcher says, I would wield my gun until the police arrive.

  • After watching a few of these self-defense videos I've learned one key piece of information: 911 dispatchers are incredibly stupid. Put the gun down? Forget that if someone tried to break into my house I would have my gun pointed directly at his chest until police arrived.

  • Disp.- "Tell him to put the gun down"

    hahahahahah fuuuuuck that

  • Put the gun down i bet if she was in their situation she would have shot him once more, she should be fired for telling them to endanger their lives by putting the gun down

  • Put the gun down? He wont get up? Who trained this woman?

  • When I wake up every morning I thank God I Live in Texas.

  • In most European countries this homeowner would be serving life in prison for first degree murder. THAT is why we need to get the US out of the UN and NATO. This nasty European way of thinking is like a bad case of STD...we need to stay away; condoms are not enough. The next attack on our gun rights will be a UN treaty. GET OUT NOW. Ron Paul 2012

  • Home invasion followed by Lead invasion.

  • fucken stupid ass cops...If he shot him, he's not going to get up? How stupid is that. What if he shot the guy in the leg or in the arm...This one guy didn't die until the 11 shot in which the officer had to reload her magazine.

  • That's how it's done right there!!

  • Good for this home owner!

  • worst police dispatcher EVER. she's telling to woman to tell her husband to put down to gun because according to her logic if hes been shot once, he wont get up. that is BULL ive heard plenty of times where someone who is shot and their adrenaline keeps them going for a minute or so

  • @HarrisonDG I actually saw another police video like this that proves this exact point. The guy had been shot point black in the stomach and noticed this only after jumping back over the counter. In a perfect world no one would need guns, but unfortunately this world isn't perfect. Criminals will not care about gun laws and law abiding citizens will, as a result all of the criminals are armed and our citizens at the mercy of laggy police dispatchers.

  • @HarrisonDG well, bear in mind that the dispatcher has other things to consider as well, for instance she knows how close cops might be, and the last thing you want when the cops come in on a shooting scene is a gun in your hand. It's hard to tell really since the audio is edited at that point, but I know that as someone who carries every day, one of the things I train for is aftermath, and part of that is securing the firearm before there is a chance that the cops might mistake me for a threat

  • @HarrisonDG 100% Agreed. It's kinda like that movie Zombieland..... Double tap rule. ;)

And this is how America does it. We shoot and the cops come to take away the suspect or the body.

  • @HarrisonDG Plus you don't know if the intruder is on PCP or wear body armor(, for whatever reason). He could have been knocked down due to the force of the shot and perfectly able to run a mile.

  • @drnogood59 Hell you don't even need drugs or body armor, if a criminal's adrenaline is pumping or he's scared AND drunk, there's no telling what he could do

  • If this was in the UK it would have been a very different and sad story.

  • @l1nuxun1l in the UK the bad guys are allowed to rape and kill you and if you hurt the bad guy you are jailed. what wrong with the UK? why are the folks so sheepish there? what bothers me is here in the states the government is actively converting it's citizens to sheep with that mind control television set.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how STUPID dispatchers are, especially the women dispatchers!
