Bobo's "Modern coin magic", "Metal" series by Eric Jones or numerous other places, but even knowing how to do "S&S" you still need to buy the gimmick so your "altruism" is for naught. And we don't give secrets because we paid for them, practiced them and knowing the secret only serves to ruin the magic for most people.
