  • yes an adult up to 32 years can undergo orchiopexy if other hormonal parameters are within normal limits. otherwise, orchidectomy is advisable in adults in view of higher risk of malignancy in an undescended testis. it is not advisable to leave the undescended testis untreated due to high risk of malignancy.

  • can an adult have the surgery too? what are the complications if they will not undergo operation? is it ok if they will not be operated?
