That's bull. I would seriously APPEAL that to another court if at all possible. People drop out all the time and parents don't get in trouble for it, it's usually the kids or teachers fault. So what if she failed GED Math one time? Who freaking cares? People fail all the time, they just practice a little more and try again. Thirdly, she is TRYING to get her GED and TAKING the test, which is more than I can say for MANY MANY people, so why are the ones TRYING to better themselves getting into trouble rather than all of the ones that are not even TRYING? This is absolutely outrageous and they should seriously sue the pants off of that judge and have him disbarred.
