  • This isn't so much a lambic as it is a gueuze which is a blend of different ages of lambics.

lambics are best out of a champagne flute

  • @ChadzBeerReviews I'll have to keep that in mind the next time I try one. Cheers.

  • roflmfao your to funny this review was priceless I can just picture yuo face after each sip saying what the fuck did I send you this time always surprises.

    Cheers

  • yeah lambics are hard to review seeing there is so much weirdness going on.

  • great reviews lee glad you found them interesting and yes they are an acquired taste but whatever i just though it would be interesting for you to try these. and sorry about the cap issues it was a classic rant.

    Cheers

  • @BrewByMe No worries, Dale. Thanks again, dude. These were fun to try.

  • Really enjoyed this series. Thanks for the great reviews!

  • @spears104 Cheers.

  • Haha, nice rant on opening it. Definitely an acquired taste. I happen to really enjoy this beer. It's fairly complex but you have to get over the sourness.

  • @StumpyJoeJr I think I may need a few more under my belt before I can properly judge these. I suspect that, just like Scotch, nobody really gets all the notes their first time in.
