@flogy92 It's literally Dance Dance Revolution PC. It's an official mix made long time ago by the group that does the Ultramix/Universe games. You'd probably have to .iso the game image these days as I don't know of anyone who sells it anymore.
The REAL 4th mix, 4th mix plus, Solo 2000 and Solo Bass do IMO. DDRPC on the other hand? Heck no. Those games actually worked like they're supposed to, even if the framerate back then was 30. Aside from HP1 and 2, those games are still some of my absolute favorites. Especially the Solos. Speaking of solo, maybe I'll upload an attempt at a 6 panel Solo style chart sometime. I say attempt, because I play it worse than doubles and that's already hard enough. lol
I do agree, I think Celebrate Nite is underrated since the same singers sung Let Them Move. It is actually one of my favorite songs especially when I managed an A on this song on DSFTKD.
Now if only I could perfect the heavy/maniac chart.
I never actually understood all the hate toward Let Them Move. It wasn't the greatest song in the world, but geez Bemani has seen MUCH worse. I was also cool with the original Keep on Movin.
Me too, we'd get uber excited back then whenever it gets unlocked on 2nd Remix CS. as for Let Them Move, they say the chorus is bad and the fact that it's on the sample when you swing by it on 2nd mix or 3rd mix cs. But that was the only song I could finish (heck, I can't even pass Boom Boom Dollar Basic back then).
By the way, where did you "buy" that? I think that my aging pc can still handle that game, but it could be even worser to me.
It's an .ISO. I tried to find it but had absolutely no luck in doing so. The last time I actually saw this game in stores was when I wasn't interested in DDR yet so needless to say I didn't get it. The big problem I have is that I have to run the game off the .iso image through a virtual drive, off the disc I burned of it it tends to screw up too often.
Well, I've heard the new version enough now to like them both for what they are. So in a way, like Keep on Movin' I don't have a real preference which one gets played.
is it just me or does the narriator sound like a petty

@sinkill2 That how the announcer was from 1st to 5th mix with the exception of Solo where they used a very discouraging woman.

Great vid. Thanks for the info tidbits.
Honestly, I like the updated song in Furu Furu Party way better.
And yeah, that sucks how the game is inconsistent. Still a great run, though.
Does this game STILL hold up against the test of time?

I'm still gonna be partial to the original song. The FFP version isn't bad by any means but it lacks something the original had IMO.
