Hey, I did watch your video and I havo to say that I am impressed... (by the way: I'm using hardy, 10.3 (opensuse) and XP [prefer UBUNTU]
But I see in general a trend towards cloud computing as well as to OPEN Source in general. I can also say, there is another trend to market the new macs as an open Platform just like PC's. Check out YOUtube with ubuntu on mac, you'll probably get a plethora of vids, telling you that Linux and Mac Hardware are no foes any more. Just for interest: port25.technet
You talk about it as if Mac is going to be better machines whilst using Linux/Ubuntu, well the truth is, it wont, they'll basicly be the same, anywho PC will always have the uphand/cheaper way of using Ubuntu, because you can buy a PC better than a Mac for about 30% - 50% cheaper?, Anywho, the parts of PC's are faster now days, and Mac havn't upgraded their line enough up to date. so a normal PC would win in the Linux/Ubuntu scenario
for real thanks about time some got this 5 star :D macs bug me open-source rules all
