Well First he fights the last boss and he got some harmonizer thinger, and it got chipped off of him with a gun shot and he looses a bunch of thermal energy and if you loose alot of it you loose your memory, and thats what happens in the ending he finds luka again but doesnt know who she is anymore

If you played the game you would know about the harmonizer. It was responsible for Waynes original memory loss. It freaked out after the final battle and he lost his memory again. He may have met Luca before but he doesn't remember them.
