1) Those are woodland camo.

2) Military units get shuffled around in the US all the time. When a unit gets moved from one post to another, it's vehicles get moved with it.

3) The easiest way to move a ton of vehicles using the least amount of resources is by train.

4) This is common military practice, you just have to be lucky enough to catch it in action.

5) There is no need to be alarmed. There is such a thing as the US Military, and it's a good thing.
