It was happened in Kailolo, north Maluku, Indonesia at 2008.

There was no miracle in this case. Just some Muslims placing a masjid dome into minaret used wires like cable car. However, some people without permission from this masjid sent that video to Television and told it as miracle.

This is a video of flying dome. Notice the few first seconds on this video and you can see the wires that used for make the dome fly into minaret.
