Cam was more talented, he had good points cause he didn't fight as much, didn't miss as many games in his prime and played with decent talent for most of his career. Especially when you go to the cup finals twice in 3 years and then the Conference finals 2 years in a row after that in 91 and 92 you've got a special team. If the league had Clark, Neely, Tocchet, Corson(lessor extent) in the league now it would be 1000X more exciting!

After 1988, when Gretzky was traded to the LA Kings, Hockey night in Canada's viewership nearly DOUBLED! This was AFTER both Probert Coxe fights had happened! The Crowder fights happened in 1991, and the 3 significant Domi fights happened in 92 and 93.

You can backtrack all you want, but your statement was WRONG! And yes, viewership in Canada INCREASED after the Gretzky trade...not as much as it did in the US, but it still increased! Probert was mean and tough but he usually had to get undresse before he got down to work. Probert was legitimately #1 for a long time but if those rules were implemneted in the 80's not being able to take off your jersey, he may not of been as successful. For real good Probie fights check him out vs. Cochrane, Tinordi, R.Simpson, Dave Drown, W.Clark, Mcsorely, Domi, Crowder and Berube.

I don't disagree, but unlike Rob Ray, probert at least had an undershirt on so his opponent wasn't grabbing at nothing. Probert trained with the Kronk boxing team who trained world champion Tommy Hearns...having the sweater off helped, but he won plenty of fights with his jersey still on.
You don't need to list Probert fights for me...I've seen them all. His best fights were with Craig Coxe of Vancouver who you neglected to mention.

I've watched hockey night in Canada since I was 5. Just because you didn't start getting games until Gretzky was traded puts you light years behind me no matter how old you are. And the Probert Coxe fight at Joe Louis was nationally televised which I watched live, I didn't see the first fight until the mid 90's when I started collecting fight tapes. Unlike yourself I don't troll through youtube looking for arguements and blowing smoke out of my ass....ass-hat!!!!
