@kandjlife It is useful in two ways: 1 you can load a buck shot of 4 paintballs into a grenade, which is good for bunkers, or you can just use the charge from the grenade to launch stuff. I have launched a small smoke grenade over 100 feet. The 40mm grenades are what you charge, so it's a good idea to have a mini 12 gram Co2 charger. You can also use green gas. The 40mm grenade is the crucial component, so don't buy cRAP4. And the seals in the 40mm grenade must be lubed with silicone grease :)

@R0CKETOR LMAO the grenades need new seals frequently. Lots of fun though- shooting smoke grenades is pretty handy. It's good for about 100 feet with a small smoke... :)

@RECONSIXPB I got the tube for about 100 bucks on Ebay, and the wood block (poplar) was like 8. I still have enough wood left over to make 4 more of these if I wanted. The thing that makes it easy is using a dremel with a sanding cylinder. I just kept checking where my fingers rested on the handle, then made grooves for them. It took a few hours to sand, but with a dremel it's not strenuous at all...
