If Lee Priest is impressive enough for Arnold Schwarzenegger to include in the Encyclopaedia of Modern Bodybuilding, one would have to assume that he's good enough not to base his value on height alone. Is he lifting the weight too high? I thought you're suppose to lift no higher than your shoulders. Also, it looks like he's rocking back and forth (swinging). Is he practicing good form or not? I repect him and all bodybbuilders. And I wish I could get as big as them as hard as I try. But sometimes I question their form.
@vidform you'll find that towards the end of a set like the last 2 or 3 reps a bit of body english is ok but really you want to do them pre strict oh and about lifting it above shoulder level that actually isolates the later head more because your getting a better contraction but you'd definitly wanna warm up before going that high.
