i cheated threwout my whole first bottle of the drops because i wasnt sure it would work during the first part and by the time i figured out it does work i ran out so im starting over today and i WILL NOT cheat..i have everything this time and finally found melba toast.good luck to you.

To satisfy sweet cravings, cut up an apple and put stevia and cinnamon on it, or cut up strawberries and put stevia on them. Also heat up water and put in chocolate flavored stevia. Tell yourself that dessert and sugar is POISON. That's your new mantra "SUGAR IS POISON SUGAR IS POISON."
I wasnt able to find chocolate stevia, but I'll look again next time I go food shopping. The apple idea sounds good. And yes I need to get that in my head that sugar is BAD...but it's so delicious lol.
