Please take away the music. It detracts from a speech that needs no enhancements to be amazing.

I also wanted to add that I showed this in Relief Society and each and every woman was incredibly touched and felt the spirit just as much with the music as when originally spoken without. The Doctrine and Covenants states that music a prayer unto God and I think that it is beautiful with these loving words.

I love President Hinckley, and these are great words from him, but I am a little disappointed to hear the 'background music'! I'm sure that was not there when he said these words. To me it detracts ... sorry.. I know someone has probably thought hard to match up 'inspiring music' but I'd have rather felt the spirit from the great words he spoke rather than it feeling contrived!

Some times, less is more. Want to try and find this without the music so I can show to my youth!

I have been looking for this video for the longest time.I saw this for the first time when i was at EFY 2006 in boise idaho. This was during the choir paformance and it brought the spirit. Whenever i need enchouragement i wach this video. It never gets old.

This video is very special to me. Everytime I watch this I always feel the spirit so strongly and I love it so much. Espically the moment when he says "I love you kids" and then goes quiet and taps on the pulpid. At that very moment the love that your Prophet has for us is felt and it so powerful. The only power of that pure love I can compare that too is the pure of our Eternal Father and our Savior Jesus Chirst has for each of us. :)

I'm not LDS but I found this video to be very inspiring. What a cute old man, and so powerful too, so genuine, so loving. Makes me want to be a better person.

This is a wonderful video. I love it. I attend BYU-Idaho, and this video was shown to us when we first started school. It helped me have confidence in the Lord to start college. Personally though, I feel background music is distracting for me. I don't mind if other people like the music that's fine, but I just want to hear President Hinckley's words with silence in the background. If you could, would you upload a version of the video without the music for those that want to hear it that way?

I love everything about the video....Any music couldn't interrupt the spirit of President Hinckely. All he wanted is good from everyone regardless of what religion what we are in!

I appreciate that you uploaded this, but the cinematic music in the background is really distracting - not sure why you felt the need to do that, but oh well. Is there a possibility that you could upload a version of this without the background music? That would be awesome.
