Alpha Co., 1/34, 2nd Platoon here! Of course, I was there from July to September of 1988, back when a lot of you young bloods were just being born! LOL!!! I was a really skinny, nervous kid back then and that earned me the nickname of "Birdman" from the drill sergeants. LMAO!!!

i graduated from D 3/34 august 15th 2008, this must have been the cycle right after me. DS Schulte deserved a better hearing, and God bless DS Schulte and his family. He was more than a drill sergeant, he was someone who tought me everything I know. Oh and DS Copcinski...Your wife is ugly

i remember my BCT experience and it will be with me always. I was in a co. 3-34 in. reg and i broke my leg in the third week on the first pt test. i went for it with 5 weeks. i can remember how much it hurt to try and keep up with other people for 20 hours a day and never say quit. i remember going to and from the 2nd ftx and back a total of 18 miles. i swear on unholy jesus that it was the worst pain i have felt and hopefully will feel in my whole entire life. i graduated out of pure will
