Some other ideas you might want to implement include:
1) Learning Japanese: 日本語お勉強しますね。。。
2) Understanding the Japanese culture: 日本の文化
3) Posting your own video resume
Although you are not required to have them for most English teaching positions, it would be a distinct advantage to.

Well presented...nicely done... what program did you use for the graphics?

I used the Adobe CS3 suite, with mainly Flash, Premiere CS3 and After Effects CS3.
Most of these programs have a free trial version and also a "lite" version that is cheap.
