Thanks I personaly dont have any turorials but I've seen a bunch online. Its best to learn from a martial artist, they have the best form in my opinion. I learned it from Capoeira classes I used to take. I was taught moves needed in this order. Cartwheel, dive cartwheel, Butterfly kick, then the B-twist. Hope that helps.
