I do not hate Palin. But calling her a "normal person" is not accurate. I see her as a very sharp, but ignorant hick. She is borderline white trash. I can take the kerchiefs but the Burka is traditional garb and isn't part of the religion - no need for it at all. Syl, we have patients who die at home too because they can't afford to see a doctor. In any case, when one emigrates to another country, it's up to them to take on THOSE ways. If they don't want it, by all means go where you feel comfortable.
