Thanks Yvette, the Morris dance group I am Green Man for does the pirate thing several times a year.  Here in Portland this is Pirate Festival weekend under one of our more beautiful bridges. I have to work but they will be arrrgghing it on all weekend with Morris dance and other amusements. Thanks for the timely link. Lloyd

May Day is the big kickoff day for the performance season. Maypole dancing at sunrise in Portland's famous Rose Test Garden's, then we tour the rest of the day. Dances can happen before and usually festivals, etc. take the group on through the summer. This weekend I'll pick out a few of me as GM and put them on flickr for ya.
