man,i think you picked all the wrong solos for the Gilmour Sound...They are all 'one-off' solos where her improved on all his original solos.If you wanted to truly pack the Gilmour Sound into a video,you shoulda went with some original solos....nice video though man.

mind you for a lesson david was being a tad coy with one of these day's. On a side note if anyone out there actually has some tab or something for one of these day's I'd love it. Even the key would do. It's my ambition to do a cover but on normal guitar, not slide. I#d like to do slide also but it's not the most natural thing for me to do slide. I can't even decide which finger to use.

nice post. people shldnt get too hung up about strat or no strat, pups etc. its ur playing that really counts-go for 'feel'. with a decent multi effects unit u can make it sound good on a cheap chinese guitar

@pierrebugblatter He's still using good quality equipment in each post, and it does sound different to the strat... it still sounds like gilmour yeah, but it sounds like gilmour using a different guitar. It's still important an aspiring musician has a decent instrument in order to acquire that "feel"... unless you're Jack White..
