Guardians of the ribbon (Dave) is a wonderful person. Talk to him for ten seconds and he will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. He has sooo much care and passion for what he does. And don't for get that the Guardians are NOT just breast cancer. They are for all cancers. The ribbon they pull is stainless so it will not fade or tarnish. Just like his fight for women.
I lost my sister after a 7 year battle, God love her she was a fighter and loved life so much. My son is fire chief in Tenn and he called me the other day and ask me what size shirt I wear for his fire department is ordering PINK shirts. So this is to hitechrednez... maybe your fire department could do the same. Check into it.
I applaud this idea to spread the word of pink! My husband used to sell American LaFrance, now he sells E-one. My mother who is now 69 years old is a 2 year survivor of breast cancer! Last October I did a breast cancer marathon in her honor! We all have loved ones that could be affected, including our male relatives. Peter Criss (drumer for the group "Kiss") in fact had his deal with it. God bless and carry on! We are soldiers for the PINK!:) Thank you!
