Well its certainly the Republicans fault that the Promise Scholarship was cut. Not the democratic leadership that wouldn't allow other items to be cut that would have saved much more money(public employee benefits). Or the democratic unions that ran Michigan's auto industry into the ground by forcing the big three to pay workers twice as much as competitors. Or the democratic policies that make michigan one of the top five places "not to do business" in the U.S.......stop and think sometimes
