That's what happens when you tray screencasting under linux. My c2d e4500 can't to more than 5 fps in ogg format without 3D effects @ 1680x1050. under Vista 64 I can get 30fps @1680x1050 & 200-300 fps converting PAL DVD to huffyuv.
I dont know what kind of computer do you have, but i dont have even one of the bugs that you show on these movie:)) For me its the best distribution of Mandriva:))
Looks like your video drivers are no good.
Hope you've fixed them by now.
