The red stuff Davis is 'drinking' at 1'00" is energy gel. Easier to take during a race than solid food and much more carbohydrates than a cup of powerdrink.

i know whats funny is there they are swimming at my kind of full speed and i can keep it up for a few lengths they can do it for 10km (which is about 700 of my pools length lol)
