We don't need a walmart???...the cost of gas is friggin through the roof.. and im sick of having to dirve to hamburg or dunkirk when something is needed for the house.. not to mention the ridiclous increase in property taxes which is driving folks out of the area. If it was any other company moving in there.. such as a Wegmans, which was rumored for years... no one would care about that drive in..it's only because it's Walmart a select group is making a stink.
the point is that there is so much empty space in Evans, all along rt. 5..why here? Moot point at this time but still.............once agian our town screws us for the almighty dollar
Again for the record WE are not ANTI store, we are saying it makes NO sence to destroy the last Drive-in in Erie Co.something MANY of us LOVE. & Jubilee to gain 1 store? they could build on any vacant lot in Evans.

Wal-Mart pulled their DIES (draft impact studies) they had done last year. The REASON the Grandview has not been open the past 2 summers IS the Wal-Mart proposal! We are ready to take care of any needed repairs to get it up and running!
It's a fucking store. Saying we are loseing jobs. Ok jubilee employs 50 some odd people. It takes a few hundred people to run a super center. tell me thats not going to help the area.
I think wal-mart is a good plan for a growing angola. The drive-in is a rotting shithole that will never get fixed and will do no good to the area but be an eyesore. I would support the drivein if it were still open but it's not, therefor being nothing but useless. By the way, i work at a walmart. I dont like it, i hate walmart. But it pays my bills and gives me extra money in my pockets.
Tear it down along with the grain elevators in Buffalo. Mickey Rats will be gone in 2 years, and this should be too. A drive-in is not a landmark. We need a store here, bring on wal-mart. Illegals taking jobs at wal-mart are you ignorant, or misinformed? Maybe both. Let's not live in the past. Things change that is how it is.

Some Wal-Marts have McDonalds retaurants, some of them have Blimpie Subs, and some with Subway restaurants in them, but still they'll want you to waste your money on crap that brokes easily, like cheap vacuum cleaners or cheap MP3 Players
