what did you do with the stomach in the first one minute? Is that some kind of energy balancing or similar to chi or something?

@Blissi18 Nauli- it's a cleansing technique for the digestive tract. anyone can do it but the less fat, the better. Practice this daily and you will have no stomach issues.
