  • Oh, I would man but I don't own the car anymore. Sorry...

  • Can you sell me the stock rims ?

  • Like I said about three months ago, the "new rims" moniker that is on the title of the video refers to the rims that I was ABOUT to get; they weren't on the car yet! Anyways, it is a moot point...the car was sold about a year ago.

  • eh those rims are pretty fugly, ditch the chrome and go for something that has a purpose and looks good, not tacky

  • damn, that clean, so hard to find a clean mk1 now day

  • Yeah, in this video I was referring to the rims that I was going to get. I had not bought them yet

  • look like hubcaps

  • Hitman--No, I was lucky enough to have pulled the plastic parts with no damage to the car body itself.

Tostito-- It is actually a muffler "tip" that I bought at my local mechanic. He had a whole display and I thought it would be an inexpensive way to add a little style to the car!

  • Where did you get that mufler ?

  • hey there man...i have a mr2 just like that one......i just got a paint job......well when removing the plastic trim on the sides of the car it broke is that what happen to u?

  • No, I was very lucky that the original trim plastic did not break. Good luck I suppose...the workers who did the work took their time (as I told them that my car was in no hurry to be done).

  • Thanks man! I appreciate that...lots of hard work went into this car.

  • Forgot to mention, need c-pillars hmm? A rare commodity for our mk1's.

  • Very nice. Paint job looks great.
