Try drinking it with a straw to minimize the erosion of enamel on your teeth. Also, wait at least 30 minutes after drinking if you're gonna brush. For maximum safety, you'd probably wanna even rinse your mouth with water after the drink and sprinkle some xylitol on your tongue to keep your mouth from getting too acidic. Xylitol is a natural sweetener and healthy alternative to sugar (1/3 of the calories), plus it helps to remineralize your teeth, strengthen your bones, and fight off candida.

@BluesRiffage i chew trident with recaldent to help re-enamel my teeth & they also have recaldent available online as a paste to wear overnight to literally rebuild enamel. I already had enamel problems when I started taking acv. I use a straw to drink my acv diluted in water with baking soda & brush after I drink it. This is the only negative issue I have with acv. Otherwise, it's sort of a wonder cure all. Thank GOD for this natural gift!!!

Nice video. I have been mixing the drink but with apple cider vinegar that is not organic. Are the health benefits the same? I still see a little bit of cloudiness in the bottle so I thought they were about the same. THX!!

We use apple cider vinegar to clean our pug dogs. They have lots of allergies and get yeast infections a lot in weird places. The cider vinegar gets rid of it. Clears up their funky ears, gets rid of the crusty stuff that builds up in all their fuzzy wrinkles and everything, leaves them SUPER soft and snuggly, and also they smell GREAT!
