Citezen? If you are in Philippines i might suggest the Filipino Marine Corps, but if you are determined to become a U.S. Marine and assuming you are here legally than you can join as a non citizen as long as your living here with a green card. However the military will not assist in getting your citizenship. Good luck in becoming a U.S. Marine. Also "Marine" is always capitalized don't forget it.
