  • Thank you Dr. Doepp for letting us know about this. I did the exercises and I sensed an immediate change for the better. I am constantly being bombarded by electromagnetic waves and your advice has really helped. I intend to practice these exercises every day.

  • This is amazing; I feel very calm by the fourth step. My heart and stomach de-stress by the the end and my mind focuses a lot more. I get more work done easily. Been doing this for a few days now, and it works, thank you!

    when I do the eyes..it scares me - BAD..is there any reason for this?

  • @see4ward - crossed arms to synchronize the brain hemispheres. Don't do the eyes movement if they feel strange on you. It is important not to force it, since it can be rather demanding doing the eyes - always finish with clockwise if you do it counter-clockwise too. Stay tuned and be well.

  • @Creatrix13 you specify clockwise but not specifically clockwise from your eye's perception or the physical clockwise perception from the rest of us as we have a different view..?

  • I added one step.When I deswitch I take my shoes off. After all the steps i had the idea that there is nothing for the feet to complete it. So I took every toe between my fingers and turned them a little to left and right ( like a relaxing massage) of course with my arms crossed . After that it feels complete,from head to toe. : )

  • Great 'new' de-switching exercises - and the one with the knees almost takes care of my needs for doing sit-ups at the same time..clearminded, in aligment, and focused. Thanks for all your amazing videos!

  • great additional exercises to the basic 3 ones. ears are always feeling very hot for long period of time when I did them. :-) lets see how the new ones will work out.

  • @MaBu888 - as many times as it feels comfortable for you - you cannot synchronize your brain too much. I slept 6 months with a device synchronizing my hemispheres years ago and I feel really ok today - perhaps my work is Switching but I am happy and that is the main point. In a Switched world everything is upside down.

    I hear ya. I used to listen to binaural beats for a few hours a day back in 2008. Now I don't, at all. :)

    It is most natural to achieve the state of complete peace, real enthusiasm, without any 'external' technology. De-switching being one natural interior technology, or organism function. I have noticed that people do some of the de-switching exercises subconsciously, but that is not a trend. :)

    I noticed that I acted rightly without thinking beforehand, because of the exercises. I feel natural and enlightened... all within. Spacefeels big, time feels still. Motion feels right, if one acts right.
