  • If I try this song the pulloffs don't really come trough so it sounds really choppy. Someone got some tips?

  • Play it very slow, but in time. Use a metronome if you can. Speed up as you play it more often.

  • Check out the version i made it is slightly different to the one played here. People play this song in different ways. IMO the picking the open string gives it a more natural tone than hammering but its just my personal taste :D

  • This doesnt sound quite right.

  • it isnt.. he dint do the hameron... he stroke the string above it but that sounds wierd.. xD i dont do hameron.. i slide it.. it sounds the same:P nd its simpler :p

  • actually yeah he is playing right. it has an open sound to it, listen to the recording JM is obviously playing it the way this guy is in this video. search for it on here there are only a million other videos of JM playing it.

  • Appreciate it bro. Helped me learn it. That is a tricky lick.

  • nice but i like to hammer on from the 4th to the 5th on the D string instead of playing that open G, much easier IMO!...

  • That's another way of playing it, but I'm quite sure I hear the F# and the G at the same time

  • yes the open G string is definitly played but i find it easier to play it how i described...

anyways good video your a great player!!

  • could i get the tab for this, the way i play it is different and I just can not seem to get it exactly right. thanks

  • thats good man i tried and i cant do it and how much did u pay for your squire
