  • I like how when Somerset asks John about his enjoyment of killing the sinners, he redirects the question to Mills instead.

  • AMAZING actor!

  • Kevin Spacey is an amazing actor!

  • Does anyone know if the link is legit?

  • @Jonathan ...when I see good 'patriotic' citizens like yourself parrot back the lies their government tells them, I'm reminded why the US is able to continue to wage it's illegal wars. It's nearly impossible for anyone outside of the states to fully understand the level of control that the US government and the western media is able to exert on it's citizens unless they actually experience it firsthand. If you're confused about any of this, you might want to check out 'Peace, Propaganda and th

  • Epic

  • Also, murdering Gweneth Paltrow's character makes Doe's self-proclaimed role null and void. She's depicted as being guilty of only wanting to bring a child into the noir city they live in. His confession and resulting sin of Envy didn't help complete the act, it just made him a psychopath and less relevant ultimately.

  • @Charietto1 he murdered gweneth paltrows character to test brad pitt in the final scene.

  • @awsomepossum1340 Thus making his professed role as a champion of piety invalid- Envy generally doesn't result in murdering pregnant women, although most child abductions are by people who want children of their own; His attempts to 'play husband' made him worse than the people he killed.

  • @Charietto1 Which is why he wanted Brad Pitt to kill him. Because he was "soiled" in the process of doing God's work.

  • @awsomepossum1340 I suppose you're right from John Doe's perspective, but to anyone else's it's no different than all the money Mohammed Atta spent on strippers and blow

  • Spacey really demonstrates the power of charisma in his lines. If you look at Doe's actual "work." it's not worthy of rational praise no matter how much you judge the condemned "sinners." but the acting persuades you towards his rationale, gauged on how selective he was earlier in the film (haven't watched in awhile). The last two of the seven were credited to Doe's extensive profiling of the Detective Mills (Pitt) which he examined more than the other victims; He knew he would empty the clip.

  • Brad Pitts character pissed me off in this movie

  • @cheesynounou IMO best character in the movie.

  • @bballpsycho64 Kevin Spaceys the best

  • @cheesynounou He's even worse in the script :)

  • why the hell are there terrorist subtitles..

  • @Jonathangrinshpan the subtitles are not english you failfag. americans are the biggest terrorists, i am afraid of them.

  • @mondenschimmer its ok to be jealous of america, its not you falt you live in a third world country, im surprised you have a computer there and im more surprised that you know english, i thought you all died in the earthquake, so the only person who survived the earthquake is also the only person in your entire country with a computer very nice, why would you defend arabian muslim terrorists?

  • @Jonathangrinshpan you just answered your own Q by yourself :D

  • @Jonathangrinshpan Ah yes. Be it that the US is the poorest country in the world in terms of net value. Having a larger debt than the entire European Union. With the 2nd largest homicide rate in the world. Highest obesity rate. I think we can be happy we weren't born in America. With people like you.

  • @Jonathangrinshpan People like you are the downfall of society. A terrorist can very well be an "Arabian Muslim" but then again I could be too. A young white boy living in the heart of America. I think the most disappointing part about this whole thing is your reply to mondenschimmer was completely a response of someone who can't come up with some logical to say so you merely insult the person. So you need to think before you speak. By the way, how old are you?

  • kevin spacey is such a good actor

  • We tolerate it because we don't want to go around killing people, it wouldn't solve anything anyway

  • frubbleful and rawkgawdez u guys must be insane to say Brad Pitt is annoying and overrated. Spacey sexy? And u said sexier than Pitt! Just crazyiness!!!!!

  • The best movie

  • john doe reminds me about anders behrig

  • John Doe is really Lex Luthor. Haven't any of you ever seen the movie Superman Returns?

  • @utsr07 actors tend to take on more than one part, they dont get paid that much

  • And this kids..Is the problem with religion.

  • i love spacey. hate pitt tho. hes overrated. pretty boy. spacey is ten times sexier.

  • Probably my all time favorite movie scene. Spacey is incredible as John Doe.

  • why the fuck are they arabian subtitels?!

  • @Firgasz why do you mind them :o

  • why can't we get someone like that cut up the wall street pigs gushing us in this country?

  • @askido351 "you just answered your own question...! "

  • John Doe rocks

  • A drug-dealing PEDERAST, actually!

  • LOOK!!! SKrY209.tk

  • Thank you so much for posting. Thumbs up.

  • John Doe's got a point.

  • @xXhanniballecterJXx Only if you believe in Deadly Sins :/

  • @xXhanniballecterJXx Indeed he does... But I suppose how strong it is depends on the strength of Somerset's counter-point.
