I heard different words to this before, They went and I can't fully remember them but like this..

That's how it started at least, then the part in the chorus said ...Everyday words seem to turn into love songs

Is that just a different version I heard or am I way wrong.

:-) That's the Louis Armstrong version.... it's in English, but it's not an accurate translation of the French text. It's a translation to make the song poetic in English..... not about being accurate, but about making the poetry sound pretty when he sings it :-) WHen songs are translated directly.... they usually sound stupid when someone sings them! lol
