YouTube in their infinite wisdom is changing the way EVERYONE'S account looks as of July 15th. If you already "upgraded" to the new retarded look I can't find an option to turn it off or on. It's probably automatically "on". Under the "old look" it's located under the "channel info" heading under account settings. You check a box that says "allow comments automatically" or something like that. I'm using the new look now and it really sucks. Youtube search it and you will see many complaints
