Caroline needs to bring back that joyfulness she expressed in this video. She looked so sad and unmotivated during her programs this year's nationals.

It's sad how downhill she's gone. She has so much potential, and I hope she is able to fulfill it. She certainly deserves the time to heal and fix her technique. Caroline really is a gorgeous skater.

Only thing is, i kinda have problems with the director that decided to cut away from the skater to get a shot of ice (and only ice)--twice. What compelled him/her to do that is beyond me...

OMG! okay, fine she is flexible. But people, go check out shizuka arakawa's program to "You Raise me up". More beautiful, and matches the song 100%. I would recomend caroline to stop kicking so high....

I agree with sapphire that Shizuka is not new. And there is no right or wrong interpretation to the song, otherwise it wouldn't be free art. Not everything has to be arbitrary. That's like saying Van Gogh's painting style was wrong, but didn't he become one of the greatest artist in history? Interpretation of the song should be more flexible. Both Shizuka and Caroline's movements are beautiful!

i think she is a combination of the best qualities in many of the top female skaters in the fast decade. she has great flexibility and maturity for a junior skater. my main problem is still her high kick on her lutz and flip, but hopefully she will work on that...
