I believe 'stylo' falls into fair use of the DMCA considering if you listen to the time warp scene in stylo it does NOT play for the entire song. I don't recall seeing anyone getting sucessfully sued over using 20 seconds of someone elses work in their own. I think Eddy Grant needs to stop complaining and save his cash on lawyer fees.

I agree, they are similar but I don't think the Gorrilaz would do that. Song similarity happens sometimes when certain groups or artist have the same style.
