No you can't because UMK3 DS version was directly ported from the original Arcade version and the Arcade version did not have brutalities. If it was ported from the Genesis version you would be able to do brutalities on your DS.

Boon and Tobias were giving into the fans, basically. "Brutalities" long ago were once a rumour. Then, out of boredom, they added them into the game.

They crammed so much stuff into the game that the SNES and Genesis versions had to be stripped down to the point of where the game is barely playable.

To record your game you have to have a program called "fraps". Write to google to find it, demo version is limited, you can record maximum 30 seconds. Buy it or find a hacked version from google.

I can do all the brutalities, fatalities (1/2 and pits) babalities and friendships in UMK3 for genesis/megadrive. Its really easy if you can practise them in a emulator with snapshots and then after you get used to it do them in the console.
