Personally, I think that giving it 3/10 is overly generous. I bought this as a present for someone and wish I hadn't as it is that bad, I was embarrassed. In fact, it is so bad that I am incredibly angry that I wasted my money on this absolutely atrocious piece of s**t. It bears no relation to the movie in technical detail, suffers from a range of awful bugs and gameplay issues, and has poorer graphics than any game since the PS1.
1) its not supposed to follow the movie its a stand alone thign about a minor charachter from the movie : Griffin.
2) He never had a sword in the movie so wtf is he doign with one in the game? I know nightcrawler has one in the x-men legends games so they probably did just re-create the character design and threw nightcrawler in there.

I kind of got into the cool sci-fi ideas depicted in the movie trailers, so I read the book, and I must say it was awesome. I don't know if I could take the blow of watching the movie now. The idea of instant free teleportation in a game sounds cool but also near impossible, both from a control and computing perspective (though portal begs to differ). I look at this gameplay and shed a tear both for the glory that could have been, and for the disaster that never should have.

I love Jumper the movie, and it makes me sick to think that someone would even consider wrecking the Jumper name by making sucks a TERRIBLE game!
Altough this game probably couldnt have been made worse i dont think we will ever see a game successfully using teleporting.. Im sorry to say this, but its the truth..

I kind of got into the cool sci-fi ideas depicted in the movie trailers, so I read the book, and I must say it was awesome. I don't know if I could take the blow of watching the movie now. The idea of instant free teleportation in a game sounds cool but also near impossible, both from a control and computing perspective (though portal begs to differ). I look at this gameplay and shed a tear both for the glory that could have been, and for the disaster that never should have.
