"Sounds sorta like...." who gives a fuck. It's more original than Evile, that's for sure. That band is talented but all I can't help but think they sound TOO MUCH like Slayer for me to enjoy.

But even pioneers like Megadeth sound like other bands at times. Some of their songs sound like Iron Maiden at times. But who cares? As long as a band establishes their own sound eventually and doesn't totally rip off another sound it's fine. Unlike 99% of that dethcore crap.

master of puppets is Eminor pentatonic and so it this - so it would sound pretty similar

and from 3:18 onwards is definatly based upon the end part of the MOP solo- you have to be completely fucking deaf not to hear the resemblance. The tremolo picking and the bends are almost the same.
