at around 1:15 you need to put the choke fully in or at least almost all the way in. Those little splutters mean there is enough fuel. Too many people misunderstand the clutch on a two stroke, especially if your not in extremely cold weather. give it a try

@BlackCaScorpio Engine size doesn't matter and I'm not sure about the symbols on the choke. If the motor is cold (hasn't been run in 30 mins or longer), turn the choke all the way on and try a few times. If it doesn't want to start, add SOME throttle. A little goes a long way and you don't want the bike getting away from you. Once it has idled for a min or two, turn the choke all the way off. The RPM's should increase a little bit and the motor should run smoother. After that you're good to go.

Mann thats a hard azz bike to start i have 3 bikes and they all start 1st pull. If it doesent start in the first 4 pulls get some spray called start ya basted u can get it from super cheap or auto barn and just spray some on the air filter remember dont keep pulling it ur u will flood it

Hi man just a quick tip for the choke,

when the bike is ice cold put your choke on full then start the bike

when the bike has run for about 20 seconds

flick the choke on half and let the bike warm up to optimum temperature

once the bike has warmed up turn off the choke and happy riding :)

thats how you work the choke on these low tune 2 strokes, on my RM 250 (high state of tune 2 stroke) the choke is just on or off so i run it for about 10 seconds when cold on the choke and then flick it off

Okay two things,

First, engage the pull start first before pulling e.g: take up the slack in the cord

so when you pull you dont snap the cord and/or damage the engine

Second, if the bike struggles to start (ofcourse it would the way you start it)

hold in the front break and give it a bit of throttle..
