  • Actually after watching the video, I see that you *were* flying with Bluto! Real nice guy!

  • Were you flying with Bluto? Your instructor pilot sounds just like mine!

  • Do the guys that get shot down get their money back?

  • @davidrodgersNJ no they have the ability to say they're dead.

  • Nice job Brian. I am a student pilot and I've been there being a little woozy in the cockpit. You seemed to really understand it. Nicely done

  • HI! im from argentina..can you tell me how much it costs? (a dogfight) as i can know its a club of dogfight like a football team ja! can you join to a dogfight club? im a private pilot...here i fly cessna 172...i hope your answer...thanks nice to meet you

  • last time i checked - its about $1500 for the day. That includes ground school and the flight. I do believe you can do like a week long program with some buddies. Dont know that for a fact. There is no club because they are traveling the country to different airports in the USA. Never in one place for more than a week I believe. Its quite expensive but in my opinion, as a student pilot, it looks worth it.

  • @N44949 It's $1395 for Basic, and $1295 for Intermediate to Advanced phases. The sessions can last up to 3 hrs each and include about 6 combat engagements. If you complete the Fighter Lead-In Program ($2095) you become a squadron member and get member rates on future missions ($700/mission). They are based out of Southern California but travel everywhere. The best dates are in California. :)

  • How much control do they give you? Do you controll rudder as well?

  • Full control on climbout/cruise/combat/descent (they land it). They ask for rudder not to be used because the plane is used as a trainer for military style jets and rudder is used significantly less.

I am a pilot myself so I got to log time :)

  • light flaps for takeoff, full flaps for landing ;P
