this is just a wonderful upload . divine ! i am only familiar with two other songs defining dawn . jyoti kalash and jaago mohan pyaare . this is amazingly beautiful though i do not know the story about honaji . i was listening to it for the third time and describing it to my mother when vipan da's vivid and beautiful comments appeared ! thanks sir for the beautiful translation which enhanced the better understanding and enjoyment of this lovely song .

Sumati Joglekar was well known as an actress, her maiden name was Sumati Gupte. She was married to Vasant Joglekar, a movie dirctor. I just found out on internet she died about four months ago at age of 90 years (amazing thing this internet!). I don't know where Jasbongy ji saw and recognized her on the clip.
