@MichaelYaremchuk they cut out a hole in the skull kind of like a round skylight/puzzle piece roughly the size/shape of my temple and then placed it back and used titanium microscrews and plates to hold it in place, the titanium screws stay on the skull forever there is really no need to take them off but my Dr. said one patient requested it ;) (afraid of aliens i believe)

@godgirlsguitars thats a bone called the Sphenoid. It primarily protects the sinus area of the brain. In this video, there are not actually in her "brain" yet, there just trying to gain access to the sinus area.

@allenxcorex yeah this wasn't REALLY brain surgery per-say it was more of a skull operation to patch the innominate foramen, though it was not patched with bone
